1. Processing Time
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout. Shipping is handled by international carriers (such as ePacket or others). We do not guarantee the use of a specific carrier.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50 USD. Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee.

4. Delivery Times (Estimate Only - No Guarantee)

· Estimated Delivery Time: 15 – 30 business days after dispatch.
· Important: This is only an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. International shipping involves many factors beyond our control (customs, weather, local post, etc.) that may cause delays. We do not compensate or refund for delayed shipments.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

· Buyer‘s Responsibility: You, as the buyer, are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees required by your country.
· Non-Refundable: Orders held, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. Refusing a package for this reason is considered a breach of our terms.

6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please use it to monitor your package‘s journey.

7. Lost, Stuck, or Damaged Packages

· Lost in Transit: We are not liable for packages lost after the tracking shows “dispatched”. We can help open an inquiry with the carrier, but a resolution is not guaranteed.
· Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days with clear photo/video evidence. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
· Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
